Jessica Higgins Catlin was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2001 and in the federal district court in 2004. She specializes in estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, family law, appellate advocacy, and civil litigation.

Ms. Catlin takes a pragmatic approach to litigation and the use of ADR (alternative dispute resolution) techniques. Ms. Catlin clerked for the Honorable Lael Montgomery 2001 – 2002; and began her practice at Stevens, Littman et al in 2002. Ms. Catlin was the chair of the Boulder County Bar Association’s Elder Law Section from 2012 – 2016, the President of the Boulder Chamber Orchestra from 2015 – 2020, and is currently on the Board for Eldora Mountain Ski Club/Lake Eldora Race Team.

Jessica enjoys the Colorado outdoors to the fullest with skiing, hiking, trail running, and spending time with her family.
